About your Glass
Every piece at Emma Grace Glass Art is handmade and entirely individual. Variations in patterns, air bubbles, colour and texture, and slight imperfections are to be expected and are a natural feature of fused and slumped glass.

I take my own photographs of all my glass and hope to give a clear image of the item you are buying. However, due to the nature of technology and colour settings on camera's, there may be some slight variances.

Should you require a duplicate of any item sold, please always bear in mind that no item can be replicated exactly, due to the nature of glass and the processes involved. Most items are made as 'one-offs' and not in multiple quantities. However - if you love something that is out of stock, do message me - I might be able to make it again just for you.

None of the glass has been tested for dishwashers. We would recommend hand washing or polishing items with a soft cloth..

Delivery
The time I need to prepare an order to send to you may vary. I will endeavour to despatch items as quickly as possible but it's a small business so please bear with me.
I would hate for you not to get a special item in time, so please email me if you have a special date that I need to work to.

Delivery is to Mainland UK only

Delivery on orders up to £50 will generally be £3.50
Orders £50 or above will be £7.50
Returns
At Emma Grace Glass Art I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If an item arrives with you broken or damaged please contact me immediately at jackie@emmagraceglassart.co.uk. A replacement item or full refund will be arranged for you as soon as I have received the item back with me. Replacements are offered subject to availability. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage but I will refund you in full once I have received the item back. Please obtain proof of postage.

If you are simply not wishing to keep the item, please return it within 14 days of receipt and in the original packaging. A refund will be arranged upon it's safe return and providing that it is in a resalable condition. Return postage costs will not be refunded

I am not able to cancel orders or accept returns on any commission, made-to-order or customized items unless they are found to be faulty or that it is clear to both parties that I have not followed your specification. The bespoke nature of these items mean it would be unlikely to resell them owing to the unique design and appeal.
